Independent Test Results

The CE/DRE test was conducted by Progressive Engineering at Liberty's fabrication/test facility in East Texas (Quitman). Three tests were conducted on (3) different product combinations.    

 1.  1/20/2021 1:45 PM 1:53 PM Flare test - Methane/Hydrogen 

 2.   1/20/2021 11:25 AM 12:23 PM Flare test - Ethane/Methane 

 3.   1/20/2021 8:03 AM 9:02 AM Flare test - Propane/Butane   

These tests were conducted to ascertain the CE and DRE of the MPRO test flare. 

The independent engineering review by Progressive Engineering was conducted at Liberty’s fabrication/test facility in East Texas (Quitman) in December of 2021.  This was a prerequisite to the shipment of the (2) flare tip assemblies to be shipped to Nigeria. They ran all of our flare calc's in their simulator in order to verify our documented data prior to the Factory Acceptance Test .

This needed to be done before the customer would accept the tips for shipment. All calculations were in order.
